Privacy policy

This website is static. It sets no cookies, it does not measure your visit, and it loads nothing from a third party. What that means in practice is set out below.

Data controller

The controller for personal data processed through this website is:

Simplitics AB Stockholm, Sverige info@simplitics.se

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no cookies and uses no web analytics, tracking pixels or social media embeds. There is therefore no consent to give or withdraw, and no cookie banner to dismiss. The content security policy served with every page permits resources from our own domain only, which is what makes this a technical constraint rather than just a promise.

Server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify on infrastructure inside the EU. Like any web server, it logs technical details of requests — IP address, timestamp, path requested, browser user agent. Logs are used for operations and security, are rotated according to the provider’s routines, and are not used to build profiles or for marketing.

If you write to us

The site has no forms. Contact happens by email, and we then process whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address and the content of your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to reply, or steps prior to entering a contract where the message concerns an engagement. We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the relationship and do not share it outside Simplitics except where the law requires it.

Applications

If you send an application we process the data in it for recruitment purposes. We keep it for at most six months after the process closes, unless you tell us we may keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of the personal data we hold about you, to object to the processing and to request that it be restricted. Write to us and we will handle it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes

If how the site works changes, this page is updated and the date above with it.
